If you are a minor (Age 17 - 21) charged with a Tobacco Offense, you may enter a plea of guilty or no contest, waiver of jury trial, without appearing in person. Upon a plea of guilty or no contest, waiver of jury trial, a judgment shall be entered in accordance with the law. The window fine shall be suspended, you will be required to pay court costs and ordered to complete and present evidence of completion of a tobacco awareness program approved by the appropriate State authority not later than ninety (90) days from entry of Judgment.
