Under 25 years of age, shall complete a State-approved Driver Safety Course as a condition of deferred disposition.
Provisional Driver's License - Complete a DPS-administered Driving Road Test & complete a State-approved Driver Safety Course as a condition of deferred disposition.
DO NOT make payment or take any course(s) prior to being ordered to do so by the Court. Should your request for Deferred Disposition be granted, you will receive a copy of the Order Granting Deferred Disposition Probation via email. Your signature is NOT required on this document. You must read and comply with the Court's Order within the timeframe specified on the Order.
Allow the court 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS for processing. CHECK YOUR EMAIL. If you do not receive a response via email from the court within 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS, it is your responsibility to follow up with the Court.
