Sign-in to MyGov V5
Registered contractors should have received an email with instructions to migrate their accounts to Version 5. It is imperative that existing accounts are migrated and that duplicate accounts are not created.
Requesting an Inspection
To request inspections. Go to the OVERVIEW tab, PROJECT STEPS (under the address), then to the inspection row, click the yellow REQUEST tab to schedule the inspections. NOTE: if the “REQUEST” tab is not there please call Permits at 972-382-2111.
Reviewing Inspection Comments
To look at REVIEW/INSPECTION comments, go to OVERVIEW, then to CORRECTION ITEMS (the row under the address), click on the PRINTER icon and all comments for the project will open.
