Assistant Chief Brown, the youngest of six children, was born and raised in Paris, Texas. Growing up, he developed a passion for sports, particularly football and baseball, as well as hunting.
His journey in law enforcement began with the Paris Police Department, where he embarked on his career. However, he later decided to relocate and joined The Colony PD. In March of 2023, Chief Brown was honored to be selected as the Celina Assistant Chief, taking on a new role in a different community. Throughout his professional journey, Chief Brown has served the citizens diligently in various capacities, starting from a patrol officer and progressing to becoming a detective, sergeant, lieutenant, and eventually an assistant chief.
Chief Brown resides in Celina with his beloved wife and their children. He values his role in the community and is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of its residents.
In his pursuit of excellence, Chief Brown obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Texas A&M University-Commerce, where he honed his knowledge and skills in the field. Additionally, he completed the rigorous training of the 80th class of the Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas, further enhancing his leadership capabilities.
