The Celina City Secretary's Office is dedicated to promoting open and responsive government by duly recording and preserving the City's legislative history, by conducting fair and impartial city elections and by providing timely information with friendly service to citizens, visitors, city council and city staff.
The City Secretary's office posts meeting agendas and legal publications, prepares meeting minutes, responds to requests for public information, manages records, administers elections, assists with city boards and commissions, issues alcohol permits, files insurance claims, and much more!
I enjoy and appreciate the privilege to serve the citizens of Celina.
In the menu to the left, you will see links to the agendas and minutes of the City Council and various boards and commissions for the City of Celina. We will make every effort to post agendas and minutes as soon as they become available.
