Vendor Registration – All vendors interested in doing business with the City must register as a vendor in the City’s eProcurement system. Register at www.celina-tx.gov/bids by selecting the vendor registration link. This process is free. All formal bids will be processed through this system. Registering ensures you receive electronic bid notices.
Placing Orders - City policy requires that all orders placed for goods and services be in the form of a City issued Purchase Order (PO) or paid with a city issued credit card at the time the order is placed.
