The City of Celina recently released a new Customer Portal! Celina water customers are now able to access their water usage data online from anywhere!

This portal will let you track and monitor your home or business’s water use.

The key features are:

Water Usage Details: View your water usage by the year, month, day, or even hour! Compare it to weather and rainfall in one easy-to-read chart!

High Usage Alerts: You can also set a high-level alarm to monitor daily, multi-day, or billing cycle flow if you want to keep your overall usage in check.

Vacation Alerts: The Vacation Alarm is great for when you are away from Celina, but want to keep an eye on your home! This alarm will send you an email if the meter reads more flow than you expect while you are away.

Choose Alert Recipients: This feature allows you to set the alarms to email a friend, family member, or caretaker in the area to address the issue if you are away!
