The Celina City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider and act upon an ordinance on the voluntary annexation of an approximately 36 acre tract of land within the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction; generally located approximately 4,000 feet east of Preston Road and south of future Carl Darnall Parkway. (Public Works Service Center Annexation)

The Celina City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider and act upon an ordinance on the voluntary annexation of an approximately 41 acre tract of land within the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction, generally located on the north side of Choate Parkway and approximately 1,600 feet west of Custer Road. (Gandy 40 Annexation)

The Celina City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider and act upon an ordinance on the voluntary annexation of an approximately 119 acre tract of land within the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction, generally located on the southeast corner of future Coit Road and future Glendenning Parkway. (Tuscany Estates Annexation)

The Celina City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider and act upon an ordinance on the voluntary annexation of an approximately 18 acre tract of land within the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction, generally located on the southwest corner of Oklahoma Drive and future Sunset Boulevard. (Oklahoma Sunset Annexation)

The Celina City Council will conduct the first of three public hearings to annex approximately 59 acres, describing the municipal services to be provided to the area and the time in which municipal services will be provided, calling a public hearing, directing notices to be provided, directing that a petition for annexation of the area be prepared and opportunity to sign provided, providing for matters related thereto for the following areas: (20-02 Annexation First Public Hearing)

1) Collin CAD Property ID 2776103, being an approximate 0.39 acre tract of land in Collin County, Texas, legally described as Abstract No. 943 in the C. Williamson Survey, Tract 28; generally located approximately 1,650 feet east of County Road 52 and approximately 1,800 feet south of FM 428,

2) Collin CAD Property ID 1634592, being an approximate 10.34 acre tract of land in Collin County, Texas, legally described as Abstract No. 167 in the Collin County School Land #14 Survey, Tract 83; generally located approximately 1,650 feet east of County Road 52 and approximately 1,800 feet south of FM 428,

3) Collin CAD Property ID 2776102, being an approximate 0.536 acre tract of land in Collin County, Texas, legally described as Abstract No. 943 in the C. Williamson Survey, Tract 27; generally located approximately 1,650 feet east of County Road 52 and approximately 2,400 feet south of FM 428,

4) Collin CAD Property ID 2120667, being an approximate 18.251 acre tract of land in Collin County, Texas, legally described as Abstract No. 167 in the Collin County School Land #14 Survey, Tract 61; generally located approximately 1,650 feet east of County Road 52 and approximately 2,400 feet south of FM 428,

5) Denton CAD Property ID 196342, being an approximate 5.51 acre tract of land in Denton County, Texas, legally described as Abstract No. 1104 in the J. Ray Survey, Tract 5A; generally located approximately 1,500 feet south of FM 428 and approximately 3,600 feet east of FM 1385,

9) Collin CAD Property ID 2616659, being an approximate 3.594 acre tract of land in Collin County, Texas, legally described as Abstract No. 945 in the Coleman Watson Survey (Raelene Addition); generally located north of Choate Parkway and approximately 550 feet west of Custer Road,

10) Collin CAD Property ID 2617829, being an approximate 2.954 acre tract of land in Collin County, Texas, legally described as Abstract No. 1030 in the Jonathan Westover Survey, Tract 6; generally located approximately 300 feet south of Choate Parkway and approximately 1,300 feet east of County Road 86, and

11) Collin CAD Property ID 2647903, being an approximate 3.23 acre tract of land in Collin County, Texas, legally described as Abstract No. 779 in the Levin Routh Survey, Tract 12; generally located at southwest corner of Custer Road and Sunset Boulevard.
