The Human Resources (HR) Department seeks to provide valuable information, excellent customer service, and administrative support to current and potential employees. HR implements and manages the recruitment and selection of employees, including the drug screening process, maintenance of personnel records, employee performance evaluations, and a variety of other programs.

HR also manages and administers the employee benefits programs, policy guidance and coordinates employee recognition programs. In addition, HR facilitates the City’s workers’ compensation and coordinates required training programs for City employees.
