The Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., on May 15, 2017 to consider testimony and act upon an amendment to the City of Celina’s Code of Ordinances Chapter 14: Zoning, Article 14.03: Zoning Districts, Division 1: Generally, Section 14.03.015, OTR, Old Town Residential.

The Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., on  May 15, 2017 to consider testimony and act upon an amendment to the City of Celina’s Code of Ordinances Chapter 14: Zoning, Article 14.05: Development Standards and Use Regulations, Division 5: Exterior Construction and Design Requirements, Section 14.05.152 Construction Standards.

The Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., May 15, 2017 to consider testimony and act upon a rezoning request from C-2, General Commercial to PD, Planned Development with the base zoning district of C-2, General Commercial. The property is approximately 14.471 acres situated in the Collin County School Land Survey #14, Abstract No. 167 Collin County, Texas. The property is generally located north of Pecan Street, south of County Road 95, east of Business 289, and west of the BNSF Railroad. (Staley Zoning)

The Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., May 15, 2017 to consider testimony and act upon a residential replat of lot 4R block 8 of the Celina Original Donation. The property is approximately .389 acres situated in the J. Willock Survey, Abstract 1055, Collin County, Texas. The property is generally located east of North Ohio Street, west of North Louisiana Street, north of East Beech Street, and south of West Maple Street. (Maple Re-Plat)

The Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., May 15, 2017 to consider testimony and act upon a rezoning request from OT-R, Old Town Residential to PD, Planned Development with the base zoning district of OT-R, Old Town Residential. The property is approximately .35 acres situated in the Celina Original Donation, Block 10, Lots 5 & 6 Celina, Texas. The property is located at the north east corner of Poplar Street and Ohio Drive.

The Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., May 15, 2017 to consider testimony and act upon a rezoning request to amend a Planned Development 45 with a base zoning of Mixed Use Regional (MU-2). The property is approximately 96.5905 acres, situated in the W.H. Rattan Survey, Abstract No. 753, and the L.M. Boyd Survey, Abstract No. 48. The property is located at the north east corner of Poplar Street and Ohio Drive.

All interested citizens and property owners of the City, as well as other persons of interest, are invited to attend the public hearing and participate in the same.  Also, any such interested persons may express his or her opinion concerning the proposed case by forwarding a letter addressed to the City of Celina, Attn.
